Personal Training for Executives & Managers
Our customized one-on-one sessions help you grow and achieve your professional goals by providing you with skills to improve and manage your daily work life.
Our process will help you develop a new set of behaviors that will give you the confidence to handle even the most challenging situation and you will be trained to adjust your behavior when you are not getting your desired results.
To begin, we conduct a free 30-minute consultation to discuss why you are seeking a professional coach and we will acquaint you with our process.
After the initial conversation, we usually meet with our clients once per week for approximately one hour, either over the phone or in person (based on location). And, we ask all our clients to commit to the process for a minimum of three months.
Each session will be split into two sections
Part One:
- We will focus on a new management skill and how it applies to your development as a manager and your daily work life.
- We will discuss how this skill builds upon our previous work.
Part Two:
- Analyze positive and negative situations from your previous workweek
- Review what you said or did during these events
- Lock in behavior you want to repeat
- Modify behavior that you do not want to repeat
- Restate — and if necessary, re-adjust — your desired outcome
We end the session summarizing what was discussed and what your action items are for the upcoming week.
If you need your coach in-between sessions we are there for you either through email or a quick phone conversation, free of charge.
