How will you customize your training for our organization?
For all of our services we offer a free initial consultation over the phone so we can get a better understanding of your business and what you would like to accomplish.
For our personal training programs for managers and executives, we typically offer three- or six-month programs and will tailor a plan based on your needs.
For our management training seminars and team building programs, we like to meet in person to observe you and your team in action so we can integrate real-life examples into the training.
If we’re not able to visit your site in person, we can customize the training to suit your needs based on a series of phone calls or video conferences.
What makes your seminars and training programs different?
Our founder, Glenn Pasch, has spent over 20 years in the field of training and development. He has personally trained hundreds of managers and thousands of front line sales and customer service agents. He developed his programs from hands-on training experience and working closely with managers and agents on a daily basis. His programs offer straightforward guidance and practical skills that can be learned and implemented quickly.
What is the cost for your programs?
Our programs are customized to meet our clients’ needs. At the time of our free consultation, we will discuss our fee structure depending on the scope of the project. Our goal is to provide training and follow-up consultations at a reasonable cost.
How do you structure your group sessions?
Our sessions are part education and part implementation. We believe that understanding where you are and where you want to be is the first step. We examine your organizational structure, current behavioral patterns and where we can implement change.
Then, we will introduce participants to new ways to approach their work and their business relationships and what results they can expect from their modified behavior. We demonstrate what is expected, role-play to make sure your team understands how to apply what is needed. Participants will walk away not only with the understanding of what needs to change, but also with the tools and skills to implement the changes.
How can we make sure the training “sticks”?
In order to lock in behavioral changes, we believe in structured follow up. For our individual training program for executives and managers, we are available for an occasional, quick refocusing call and we also offer additional advanced training packages. As part of our management training seminars and team building programs, we offer monthly or quarterly follow up sessions — in person or by phone — with your supervisor and/or team members.
How long are your seminars and training sessions?
We offer three- and six-month packages for our personal training programs for executives and managers. Each weekly session lasts 45-60 minutes.
Our standard management training seminars are two-day workshops. Our seminars can also be condensed into one-day informational workshops.
What size businesses do you work with?
Our programs can be tailored to meet the needs of large and small companies. Understanding how actions impact your fellow employees as well as the customer experience applies to all sizes and types of businesses.
